Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the diced potatoes, onion, garlic, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the potatoes start to soften.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
