How To Make Salmon Picnic Platter

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 mini baguettes
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp dill, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1/4 cup olives
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Rub salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Place salmon on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

While salmon is grilling, slice the mini baguettes in half and lightly toast them.

In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt and chopped dill. Set aside.
