How To Make Pork Riblets

Enjoy juicy bites of fall-off-the-bones pork riblets in this easy recipe. They're basted in a tangy & smoky sauce for a scrumptious dish.

  • lbs pork riblets
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup


  1. Mix sauce ingredients together.
  2. Place ribs in a pan and brown in the oven at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes.

  3. Turn the oven down to 350 degrees F before putting in ribs.

  4. Pour sauce over ribs and bake for 1½ hours or until ribs are glazed and gooey. There will be a lot of sauce but it will thicken up as it cooks and coat the ribs.

  5. Turn and baste every 20 to 30 minutes.

  6. Serve and enjoy.
