- 4cupsyogurt,plain non-fat
- 2cupscornflakes cereal

Crush the cornflake crumbs between 2 pieces of wax paper.

Dip the chicken breasts in the yogurt, coating both sides. Roll it in the crushed cornflake crumbs to coat all sides, then place the chicken in a 9×13- inch baking dish.
