How To Make Low-Fat Baked Chicken

Sink your teeth into this tenderly baked chicken, coated in a creamy yogurt and crunchy cereal crust, for a simple yet filling meal!

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes
Total: 40 minutes



  • 4chicken breasts,skinless, boneless
  • 4cupsyogurt,plain non-fat
  • 2cupscornflakes cereal


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Crush the cornflake crumbs between 2 pieces of wax paper.

  3. Dip the chicken breasts in the yogurt, coating both sides. Roll it in the crushed cornflake crumbs to coat all sides, then place the chicken in a 9×13- inch baking dish.

  4. Bake the chicken in the oven for 30 minutes.

  5. Serve warm with some mashed potatoes, and enjoy!
