How To Make Light and Easy Baked Cod with Olive Oil
A delicious cod fish fillet seasoned with strong flavors that’s a delight to have.
Ingredients
- 4 cod fish fillets
- 1½ tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- ½ tsp thyme
- 2 tbsp flat leaf parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- paprika , optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F then place the fillets in a shallow baking dish.
- Drizzle some lemon juice over each fillet then set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, crushed garlic, thyme, flat parsley, and salt and pepper. Brush or spoon the oil mixture onto each fillet.
- Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the flesh is completely opaque and juicy.
