Ingredients
- 4 (6-ounce) fish fillets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Season fish fillets with salt and black pepper.

Dredge each fillet in flour, shaking off excess.

Dip in beaten eggs, then coat evenly with panko breadcrumbs.

In a small bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Sprinkle the parmesan mixture over the fish fillets, pressing lightly to adhere.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the fish fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
