  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.

  3. In a shallow dish, spread out the sesame seeds. Press the fish fillets into the seeds to coat evenly on both sides.

  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fish fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy.

  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.

  6. Meanwhile, in a separate pan, steam the samphire for 2-3 minutes until tender.

  7. In a saucepan, add the clams and a splash of water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or until the clams have opened. Discard any unopened clams.

  8. To serve, divide the samphire and clams among four plates. Place a sesame-crusted fish fillet on top. Serve with lemon wedges.
