How To Make Oregano and Tomato Pasta Sauce

A tangy and flavorful pasta sauce made with ripe tomatoes and fragrant oregano.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of spaghetti
  • 4 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and cook until fragrant.

  3. Add chopped tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes.

  4. Serve sauce over cooked spaghetti, garnish with parmesan cheese.
