  • 4 fillets of white fish (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 2 tbsp fresh marjoram, chopped
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together marjoram, lemon zest, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the marjoram mixture over the top, spreading it evenly.

  4. Squeeze the lemon juice over the fish.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish, until cooked through and flaky.
