- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato cubes, asparagus, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat all the ingredients.

Spread the sweet potato and asparagus mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and slightly caramelized.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
