Ingredients
- 1 ready-made puff pastry sheet
- 2 medium courgettes, thinly sliced
- 200g ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and place it on a greased baking tray.

In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, eggs, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the puff pastry.

Arrange the courgette slices on top of the ricotta mixture, overlapping slightly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the courgettes are tender.

Allow the tart to cool slightly before serving. Cut into slices and enjoy!
