How To Make Kimchi Double-Cheese Toasties

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 1 cup of kimchi, chopped
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- Butter for spreading
Instructions

Preheat a sandwich press or a non-stick pan over medium heat.

In a bowl, mix the chopped kimchi, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and mayonnaise.

Butter one side of each bread slice.

Place buttered side down on a plate or cutting board.

Spread the kimchi and cheese mixture evenly on the unbuttered side of 4 bread slices.

Top with the remaining 4 bread slices, buttered side up.

Place the sandwiches in the preheated sandwich press or pan.

Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes on each side.

Remove from the sandwich press or pan and let them cool slightly before serving.
