How To Make Spinach & Ricotta Rotolo

Ingredients
- 8 lasagna sheets
- 2 cups of ricotta cheese
- 2 cups of fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of marinara sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil lasagna sheets according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.

Lay out a lasagna sheet and spread a layer of the ricotta mixture evenly. Roll the sheet tightly and place it seam side down in a greased baking dish.

Repeat with the remaining lasagna sheets and ricotta mixture.

Pour marinara sauce over the rolled lasagna sheets and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
