How To Make Charred Courgettes, Runner Beans & Ricotta

- 4 courgettes, sliced lengthwise
- 200g runner beans, trimmed
- 200g ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat a grill pan or barbecue to high heat.

Place the courgette slices and runner beans on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes, until charred and tender.

Remove from the grill and transfer to a serving plate.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Dollop the ricotta cheese on top of the vegetables.
