- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, lemon juice, and white vinegar.

Stir well until thoroughly mixed.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours.

After 24 hours, the mixture will have thickened. Stir again to combine.

Taste and adjust the tanginess by adding more lemon juice or vinegar if desired.
