  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth and well combined.

  3. Place a muffin tin in the oven for about 5 minutes to heat the oil.

  4. Carefully remove the hot muffin tin from the oven and pour the batter evenly into each cup, filling them about 1/3 full.

  5. Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the puddings are puffed up and golden brown.

  6. Serve immediately as a side dish with roast beef or any meat of your choice.
