How To Make Halloumi Hash

Ingredients
- 250g halloumi cheese, diced
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add diced potatoes and cook until they are golden brown and crispy, about 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Add diced bell peppers, red onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until vegetables are softened.

Push the hash mixture to one side of the skillet, then add the diced halloumi cheese to the other side. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and slightly crispy.

Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over the hash mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until everything is well heated.

Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
