Ingredients
- 8 fresh figs
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 8 small mozzarella balls
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cut the figs in half and wrap each half with a slice of prosciutto.

Arrange the wrapped figs on a serving plate.

Place a small mozzarella ball on top of each fig.

Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the figs and mozzarella.

Season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
