  • 8 small cubes of melon (honeydew or cantaloupe)
  • 4 slices of prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
  • 8 small fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Thread a piece of melon, followed by a half slice of prosciutto, onto a skewer.

  2. Add a basil leaf, then repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.

  3. Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.

  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
