Ingredients
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 8 bocconcini (small mozzarella balls)
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Prepare all the ingredients by washing the tomatoes, draining the artichoke hearts, and patting dry the mozzarella balls.

Thread a cherry tomato, a mozzarella ball, a folded slice of prosciutto, an artichoke heart, an olive, and a basil leaf onto a skewer.

Repeat until all the ingredients are used, then season with salt and pepper.

Drizzle the skewers with balsamic glaze.
