Ingredients

  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 bocconcini (small mozzarella balls)
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients by washing the tomatoes, draining the artichoke hearts, and patting dry the mozzarella balls.

  2. Thread a cherry tomato, a mozzarella ball, a folded slice of prosciutto, an artichoke heart, an olive, and a basil leaf onto a skewer.

  3. Repeat until all the ingredients are used, then season with salt and pepper.

  4. Drizzle the skewers with balsamic glaze.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
