  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey roasted sesame dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, mandarin oranges, cashews, mixed salad greens, red onion, and cilantro.

  2. Drizzle the honey roasted sesame dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
