Ingredients

  • 8 fresh figs
  • 8 thin slices of prosciutto
  • 1/4 cup of balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 cup of goat cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse the figs under cold water and pat dry.

  2. Cut each fig in half lengthwise.

  3. Take a slice of prosciutto and wrap it around each fig half.

  4. Place the wrapped figs on a serving platter.

  5. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the figs.

  6. Crumble the goat cheese over the top.

  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.

  8. Serve immediately.
