How To Make Figs with Prosciutto

Ingredients
- 8 fresh figs
- 8 thin slices of prosciutto
- 1/4 cup of balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup of goat cheese
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Rinse the figs under cold water and pat dry.

Cut each fig in half lengthwise.

Take a slice of prosciutto and wrap it around each fig half.

Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the figs.

Crumble the goat cheese over the top.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
