How To Make Chickpea Flour Flatbread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, salt, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and cayenne pepper.

  2. Slowly add in water, whisking until smooth.

  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil.

  4. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the pan and spread evenly.

  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until lightly golden.

  6. Repeat with remaining batter.
