  • 4 mackerel fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place mackerel fillets in a greased baking dish.
