  • 1 cup of chickpea flour
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. Add chickpea flour and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
