- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, salt, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and cayenne pepper.

Slowly add in water, whisking until smooth.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil.

Pour 1/4 cup batter onto the pan and spread evenly.

Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until lightly golden.
