  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp gelatin powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


  1. Put coconut cream, milk, sugar and salt in a pot over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

  2. Add gelatin and chia seeds. Stir until the gelatin is well dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Let it cool down.
