  • 8cinnamon bread slices

  • 1egg white
  • cupwhite sugar
  • cupslow-fat milk,2%
  • ½cupmaple syrup
  • ½tspground cinnamon
  • ¼tspground nutmeg
  • ¼tspsalt
  • 6tbspcaramel sauce,fat-free

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Cut bread into ¾-inch cubes. Arrange cubes in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Whisk together the eggs, egg white, and sugar in a bowl.

  3. Stir in the milk, syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Pour mixture over bread.
