- 8cinnamon bread slices
- 2eggs
- 1egg white
- â…“cupwhite sugar
- 1½cupslow-fat milk,2%
- ½cupmaple syrup
- ½tspground cinnamon
- ¼tspground nutmeg
- ¼tspsalt
- 6tbspcaramel sauce,fat-free

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cut bread into ¾-inch cubes. Arrange cubes in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Whisk together the eggs, egg white, and sugar in a bowl.
