How To Make Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 4 cups of day-old bread, cubed
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, milk, heavy cream, sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.

Add the cubed bread to the bowl and gently fold it into the banana mixture until all the bread is coated.

Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, allowing the bread to soak up the liquid.

Pour the bread pudding mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
