Crockpot Banana Pudding Recipe

This banana pudding is so easy, and so delicious. All you need is a few ingredients, a slow cooker, and the patience to wait till it comes out as a delicious pudding you can kids can enjoy.

A simple banana pudding recipe that only needs minimal effort and a slow-cooker to bring out the yummy flavor and chunky texture.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 bananas
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs, large
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup milk

To serve:

  • ice cream, of choice
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Mash the peeled bananas using a fork or a masher in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

  2. In a bowl, mix in the butter, milk, vanilla, and condensed milk.

  3. Beat in your eggs with the mixture, adding it one at a time.

  4. Add in your mashed bananas and continue beating.

  5. Gradually add your baking soda and flour to the mixture.

  6. Pour into the slow cooker and cook it on Low heat for 3 to 4 hours. Give it a quick stir from time to time.

  7. Pour into a casserole or serving dish and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
