How To Make Banana Pudding Poke Cake Recipe

Delicious and easy to make banana pudding poke cake, perfect for dessert or a sweet treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tub whipped topping
  • Nilla Wafers
  • Banana slices, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, mashed bananas, and milk until smooth.

  3. Pour batter into greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

  4. While the cake is baking, mix together the instant banana pudding mix and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

  5. Once cake has cooled for a few minutes, use the end of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake.

  6. Pour the pudding mixture over the cake, making sure to fill all the holes.

  7. Crush a few Nilla wafers and sprinkle on top of the pudding layer.

  8. Spread whipped topping on top of cake and pudding, making sure to cover the entire surface.

  9. Garnish with banana slices and additional crushed Nilla wafers.

  10. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
