  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 200g dulce de leche or caramel sauce
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 300ml double cream, whipped
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish


  1. Crush the digestive biscuits in a food processor or place them in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.

  2. Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form the base.

  3. Spread the dulce de leche or caramel sauce over the biscuit base.

  4. Arrange the sliced bananas over the caramel layer.

  5. Spread the whipped cream over the bananas, creating a smooth and even layer.

  6. Top with chocolate shavings for garnish.

  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
