Ingredients

  • 4 digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 100g dark chocolate, melted
  • Whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits and melted butter until well combined. Divide the mixture evenly among 4 serving cups and press it firmly to create the crust.

  2. In a saucepan, place the unopened can of sweetened condensed milk. Fill the saucepan with water, ensuring the can is completely submerged. Bring the water to a gentle simmer and cook for 2 hours. Remove the can from the water and let it cool completely before opening.

  3. Once the caramel is cooled, spoon a layer of caramel over the crust in each cup.

  4. Arrange sliced bananas on top of the caramel layer.

  5. Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the bananas.

  6. Refrigerate the cups for at least 1 hour to set.

  7. Before serving, top each cup with whipped cream.
