- 4 cups fresh or frozen peas
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons malt vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
