  • 4 cups fresh or frozen peas
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons malt vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
