- 8 lamb chops
- 2 courgettes, sliced
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the grill or griddle pan.

Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper, then grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking.

While the lamb cooks, drizzle the courgette slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until tender and slightly charred.
