  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb fresh spinach, washed and dried
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and sliced shallots to the skillet and sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 2 minutes.

  3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
