  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, rolled oats, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract.

  2. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture becomes thick and sticky.

  3. Using your hands or a cookie scoop, shape the mixture into small cookie-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. Press each cookie down gently with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
