How To Make Copycat Mrs. Fields Best-Ever Snickerdoodle Cookies

  • 2 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar (packed measurements)
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup salted butter (softened)
  • 2 eggs (large)
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Cinnamon Sugar

  • 3 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon sugar ingredients. Set aside.

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a large bowl, cream together sugars and butter.

  5. Add eggs and vanilla to the creamed mixture. Mix until fluffy.

  6. Add in the flour mixture and blend until just combined.
  7. Form dough into 1-inch balls and roll each in the cinnamon sugar.

  8. Place on cookie sheets and bake for 18 minutes. Let cool and serve.
