How To Make Chocolate Chip Cookies With Chocolate Bottom

                      Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
 - 3/4 cup brown sugar
 - 1/4 cup sugar
 - 1 tsp. vanilla extract
 - 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
 - 2 eggs
 - 2 1/4 cups flour
 - 1 tsp. baking soda
 - 4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
 
Instructions
For the cookies:

Preheat oven at 375° F.
 - In a large mixing bowl, stir in butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix.

Beat until smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the eggs.

Combine flour and baking soda.
 - 
                                                                                                                                                                        
While stirring, pour in pudding mixture. Fold in 2 C. chocolate chips.
 - Use a spoon to drop teaspoon-sized dough balls on greased cookie sheets.

Bake for 9 to 12 minutes.
 
For the chocolate bottom:

For chocolate bottom, melt remaining chocolate in a microwaveable bowl in microwave for 2 minutes or until chocolates have completely melted.
 - Dip each cookie bottom in the chocolate and place on wax sheet.
 - Store cookies in fridge until chocolate is firm.
