How To Make Chocolate-Covered Matzo

Ingredients
- 4 sheets of matzo crackers
- 8 oz of dark or milk chocolate
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup of shredded coconut (optional)
- Sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Break the matzo crackers into smaller pieces and arrange them on the baking sheet.

Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.

Pour the melted chocolate over the matzo crackers, spreading it evenly with a spatula or back of a spoon.

If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or sprinkles on top of the chocolate-covered matzo.

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.

Once the chocolate is firm, break the chocolate-covered matzo into smaller pieces.
