How To Make Strawberry Cake Balls
Grab a bite of these easy-to-make strawberry cake balls, packed with creamy strawberry cheesecake, and coated in semi-sweet chocolate, for a tasty snack!
Break the strawberry cake apart into crumbs, then mix with the cream cheese frosting. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Scoop the dough mix into 1 tablespoon-sized balls, then roll quickly before refrigerating a second time.
Melt the chocolate disks in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until completely smooth.
Dip the cake balls tined on a fork, then quickly tap off the excess chocolate and place on a parchment paper-lined baking mat.
Use the excess chocolate to place in a zip lock bag. Snip a tiny edge off the bag, then pipe the chocolate in a zig zag pattern on the cake balls before garnishing with sanding sugar.
Serve, and enjoy!
