How To Make Brown Sugar Grilled Pineapple

Tantalize your taste buds with this tender grilled pineapple, crusted with sweet brown sugar! A delectable melt-in-your-mouth side made in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1pineapple,rind cut off, sliced into ½ to ¾-inch slices
  • ¼cupbrown sugar
  • canola oil spray,or canola oil with a brush

Instructions

  1. Toss the pineapple with the brown sugar, then let sit for about 10 minutes.

  2. In a grill pan, either spray with canola oil or wipe some on with a paper towel.

  3. Cook the pineapple for about 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat, then rotate at 45 degrees to get the grill marks in a little X. Flip over and do the same.

  4. Serve, and enjoy!

If the pineapple is sticking at all, use a bit more canola oil spray on the pineapple.
