  • 3cupsmango,finely diced
  • cupred onion,minced
  • 1jalapeno,seeds and ribs removed, minced
  • 1red bell pepper,cored, seeded, finely diced
  • ½cupcilantro leaves,chopped
  • 2tbsplime juice
  • salt,to taste


  1. Place the mango, red onion, jalapeno, bell pepper, and cilantro in a bowl. Stir in the lime juice and salt.

  2. Serve immediately with favorite dippers, and enjoy!
