How To Make Coca-Cola Brownie Cake

Ingredients
- 1¾ cups granulated sugar
- 2½ cups flour, sifted
- 1 stick butter, or margarine
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup Coca-Cola
For Brownie Frosting:
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, or margarine
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup Coca-Cola
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add the sugar, flour, butter, vegetable oil, baking soda, cocoa powder, eggs, and buttermilk in a bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Pour the vanilla extract and Coca-Cola. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer into the greased baking pan.
- Bake in the oven for 50 minutes.
Brownie Frosting:
- In a bowl, add the confectioners’ sugar, butter, cocoa powder, Coca-Cola, and vanilla extract.
- Beat until smooth, then mix in the chopped pecans.
- Once the cake is baked, spread the frosting on top of the cake and serve. Enjoy!
