- 4 Nori sheets
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 8 oz cooked shrimp, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions

Place a Nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat.
