Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup cold water
- 4 tbsp sugar (adjust based on preference)
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp saffron strands (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Chopped pistachios or almonds for garnish
Instructions

In a blender, combine yogurt, water, sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands (if using). Blend until smooth.

Taste and add more sugar if desired.

Add a few ice cubes and blend again until well mixed.

Pour the lassi into glasses and garnish with chopped pistachios or almonds.
