How To Make Indian Fry Bread

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the warm water and mix until a soft dough forms.

Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll them into balls.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or pot to 350°F (180°C).

Flatten each dough ball into a round shape using your hands or a rolling pin. Make sure it is not too thick.

Carefully drop each dough round into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and puffed, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the fried bread from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
