  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, yogurt, milk, honey, cardamom, and ice cubes.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.

  4. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

  5. Serve cold and enjoy!
