  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

  2. Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

  3. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Remove from heat and let it cool before using.

  5. Use as a marinade or basting sauce for grilled or smoked meats.
