Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 4 tbsp sugar (adjust based on preference)
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp saffron strands (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Chopped pistachios or almonds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine yogurt, water, sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands (if using). Blend until smooth.

  2. Taste and add more sugar if desired.

  3. Add a few ice cubes and blend again until well mixed.

  4. Pour the lassi into glasses and garnish with chopped pistachios or almonds.

  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
